Pengertian dan contoh Conversation TOEIC Test

Pada kesempatan kali ini kita akan membahas tentang pengertian dan Pengertian dan contoh Conversation TOEIC Test. Bagian Conversations dalam tes listening comprehension menguji peserta tes dalam memahami dan merespon percakapan pendek. Pada tahapan ini peserta akan mengerjakan 30 soal dengan 4 (empat) pilihan jawaban yang berbeda, 1-4 Soal akan dikerjakan berdasarkan percakapan antara kedua orang dalam waktu sekitar 8 (delapan) detik. Percakapan kedua orang tersebut tidak ada di teks soal sehingga perlu daya ingat yang tinggi.
Richardson & Peters (dalam hanifah 2012:40) menjelaskan bahwa pertanyaan-pertanyaan dalam tes TOEIC Short Conversations memiliki tiga karakteristik, yaitu:
- The questions are often very short (Pertanyaan seringkali sangat singkat). Contohnya “Who is talking?” dan “Where are they?”
- The questions often ask for information. The first words may be Wh-words (Pertanyaan seringkali menanyakan tentang informasi dan kata pertama diawali dengan jenis kata tanya Wh-questions). Contohnya “When is the man‘s vacation?” dan “What does the client want?”
- The questions are often in the simple present or the present continuous tense (Pertanyaan seringkali dalam bentuk simple present tense atau present continuous tense). Contohnya “Where are they going?” dan “Why is she changing her job?”

Don’t you usually drive when you go to those meetings? I thought you didn’t like to take the train.
